Hi, I am Jeannette Werle a graduate of IIN and I am an Integrated Certified Health Coach in Dayton, Ohio. I am Married and have two sons.
I grew up exposed to the best of both worlds in the city, but with full access to a farm. Growing up, my playground was a combination of plantation fields pretending that large leaves were pots, piking tropical fruits, roaming freely and absorbing the environment around me. In the city, I had access to the streets, friends and at home pretend food toys. Looking back, since early childhood, I had a love affair with food. This love affair has allowed me to create some beautiful and delicious foods that provide healing to the body. I believe that the God gave us the ability to create food that has the power to heal when is prepared with love.
I have extensive culinary experience and training from many prestigious schools within and outside the United States. My areas of interest are recipe development of gluten free, dairy free, egg free or vegan. As a Certified Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, I have the training to guide clients in healthy life styles, knowledge of over 100 dietary theories and other interventions along with recipe development for self-efficacy. I was a registered dental hygienist with many years experience to complement my health and wellness coaching.
My approach is client-driven. Instead of getting a one-size-fits-all meal plan based on a generic approach or one fad diet, I create customized plans for my clients based on their individual lifestyle behaviors, health condition and is based on bio-individuality.
