The experience and training comes from many prestigious schools within and outside the United States. My areas of interest are recipe development of European & American pastries and cakes. This includes also alternative pastries, cakes, and breads in the areas of gluten free, dairy, or vegan when possible.

I was the founder and the owner of the Cake Rack Bakery which I sold in 2018. During this time I was featured in many media venues like Cincinnati Enquirer, River City News, Polly Magazine, Cincinnati Refined, The Start Press, issuu-The Gift Issue, Cincy Chic,Serious Eats,The News Herald, Sophisticated Living Cincinnati, and House Trends Magazine Dayton, WCPO, and many others. The uniqueness of my bakery help me also developed a loyal following which I attribute to the philosophy that I had of providing exceptionally memorable food that was real too with no additives!

In addition to the above mentions, my desserts won several awards for the taste and presentation. I feel blessed that I have been able to pursue my passion!
